TradeGoAI offers subscription-based services, which may include monthly or annual billing cycles, as well as free-tier plans with usage limits.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe).

  • All fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions until canceled.


3. Cancellation Policy

b. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused usage, or downgrades.


c. Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription term has started.

  • If an annual plan is canceled, access will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.


d. Free Trials & Free Plans

  • Free trials or free-tier plans do not require payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

  • Usage limits and feature restrictions apply.


e. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Proven billing errors

  • Service unavailability caused solely by TradeGoAI for an extended period

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account

  • Restrict future access to the Service

6. Plan Changes & Downgrades

  • Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable.

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds or credits are provided for plan downgrades.


7. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your subscription, unless otherwise required by law.
