Where do I find my referral link?
Sign in to TradeGo AI and open Referral Rewards at app.tradegoai.app/admin/affiliate. Your unique link is shown in the Refer & Earn Points tab.
How long does my referral link track a visitor?
The current referral attribution window is 30 days. The referred user must register through a valid attributed visit for the referral to be connected to your account.
What does the current 10% base reward mean?
At the current base rate, an eligible 1,000-point purchase records 100 pending referral points. Your dashboard shows the active rate and any limited promotional rate.
When can I use referral points?
Valid referral points become available after the 45-day confirmation period. Before then, they remain visible as pending rewards.
Can I use the points instead of withdrawing them?
Yes. Confirmed referral points can remain available for use in TradeGo AI, or you can convert eligible points to USD at the current dashboard rate.
What are the withdrawal minimums?
PayPal and ACH withdrawals require at least $50. SWIFT wire withdrawals require at least $200, and the receiving bank may charge additional fees.
Do cancelled or refunded purchases earn rewards?
No. Rewards depend on an eligible purchase remaining valid through the confirmation period. Invalid, cancelled, refunded, or self-referred activity does not qualify.
Is the reward rate permanent?
The page shows the current base configuration, not a permanent guarantee. The active rate displayed in your signed-in Referral Rewards dashboard always applies.
