Follow-Up Date Calculator
Plan a transparent sequence of sales follow-ups around working days, holidays, deal stages, and your own cadence, then export it to your calendar.
Follow-Up Rules
Choose the timing explicitly. Stage presets are visible suggestions, not predictions.
Follow-Up Schedule
Review the dates, time zone, buyer context, and action before adding reminders to your calendar.
How to Use the Follow-Up Plan
Use the date of the last email, call, meeting, quotation, sample update, or other meaningful buyer interaction—not the date the lead first entered a list.
Use a stage preset as a starting point or choose Custom Cadence. Match timing to urgency, buyer preference, market practice, relationship, and consent requirements.
After each contact, update your CRM or working record, cancel obsolete reminders, and calculate again from the newest meaningful interaction when appropriate.
Date and Calendar Guidance
Business days are explicit
Business-day mode skips Saturdays, Sundays, and only the holiday dates you enter. It does not know local public holidays, company closures, or alternative working weeks.
Stage presets are not scores
Presets only provide fixed offsets. They do not assess buyer interest, predict a response, rank a lead, or decide whether continued outreach is appropriate.
Calendar exports need review
ICS files use your selected IANA time zone and local reminder time. Confirm daylight-saving behavior, imported dates, duration, and recipient context in your calendar application.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are the follow-up dates calculated?
The calculator uses either the visible interval preset for the selected sales stage or a fixed interval you enter. Each offset is counted from the last interaction date. Business-day mode skips Saturdays, Sundays, and valid holiday dates you provide; calendar-day mode counts every date.
Does the selected sales stage predict when a buyer will respond?
No. The stage only selects a transparent scheduling preset. It does not score intent, predict a reply, assess deal probability, or determine whether a contact should be pursued. Adjust the cadence to match the buyer, market, relationship, and your organization’s policy.
Which time zone does the calendar file use?
The ICS file uses the IANA time-zone identifier you explicitly select. The tool does not infer the recipient’s location or daylight-saving status. Confirm the chosen zone and meeting or reminder time before importing the file.
Can I exclude local public holidays?
Yes. Enter holiday dates in YYYY-MM-DD format, separated by commas or new lines. In business-day mode those dates are skipped. The tool does not maintain a live holiday database, so you remain responsible for entering the relevant market and company holidays.
Are my contact details and schedule saved?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. TradeGoAI does not receive the entered contact, company, dates, notes, or schedule, and the tool does not use browser storage. Copy or download the plan before leaving if you want to keep it.
