How to Compare Meeting Times
Use the organizer’s confirmed local time as the single reference point.
Choose the meeting title, local date, local start time, duration, and organizer’s time zone.
Select three markets to compare and check whether the meeting crosses into another local date.
Copy the comparison or download the ICS file, then confirm availability before sending invitations.
Time Zone and Availability Guidance
Date-specific conversion
The selected date is part of the calculation, so daylight-saving offsets are applied for that meeting rather than today.
Working hours are a guide
The 08:00–18:00 weekday marker helps identify obvious conflicts but does not represent holidays or personal schedules.
Calendar review is essential
Government time-zone rules and calendar settings can change. Confirm critical meetings with every participant.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the planner account for daylight-saving time?
Yes. It uses the browser’s IANA time-zone data for the selected meeting date. Because daylight-saving rules change by date and region, always confirm important meetings in your calendar.
What happens if I choose a time skipped by daylight saving?
The planner checks the converted time against the organizer’s local input. If that local time does not exist because clocks move forward, it asks you to choose another time.
How are working hours determined?
A location is marked within working hours when its local time is Monday through Friday from 08:00 up to 18:00. This is a planning aid, not a statement of an individual’s availability.
What is included in the calendar download?
The ICS file contains the meeting title, UTC start and end times, and a description listing the selected local times. Import it into your calendar and review invitees before sending.
Are my meeting details saved?
No. The comparison and calendar file are created locally in your browser. TradeGoAI does not upload or store the meeting title, date, time, or locations.
