How to Prepare the Import

1. Paste the source table

2. Confirm the mapping

Match source headings to the destination fields and exclude unnecessary columns.

3. Review before upload

Check flagged values, download the CSV, and confirm your CRM’s current import requirements.

What the Formatter Changes

Consistent contact values

Leading and trailing spaces are removed, repeated spaces are collapsed, emails are lowercased, common phone punctuation is removed, and missing website protocols are added.

Transparent duplicate rules

Duplicate removal uses only the option you select. Rows with a blank duplicate key remain in the export.

Review remains essential

The tool does not verify people, companies, inboxes, phone numbers, consent, field permissions, pick-list values, or current CRM requirements.

The details you enter are used only to prepare the preview and CSV shown on this page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which CRM import formats can I prepare?

You can prepare column headings for a generic contact file, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. Import settings can change, so review the exported headings and required fields in your CRM before uploading.

How does automatic field mapping work?

The formatter compares each source heading with common labels for names, company, email, phone, job title, website, country, lifecycle stage, lead source, and notes. You can change every suggested mapping before export.

Does the tool verify email addresses or phone numbers?

No. It checks basic format and standardizes the values you provide. It does not confirm that an inbox, phone number, person, or company exists.

How are duplicate contacts handled?

You can keep every row or remove later rows that repeat an email address, phone number, or the company-and-name combination. Blank duplicate keys are kept.

Is my lead data uploaded or saved?

No. Pasted data, mappings, validation results, and the exported CSV are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to TradeGoAI.
