This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to paid subscriptions and other purchases made through TradeGoAI, operated by POPHAW LLC (“TradeGoAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
TradeGoAI subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Each successful monthly payment activates the plan for the new billing period and grants the credits included with that plan.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. We do not ordinarily provide refunds or account credits for a partially used billing period, unused plan access, unused plan credits, or a downgrade. This general rule does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing area of your account or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, paid plan access continues until the end of the current billing period. Any remaining subscription-plan credits expire when the subscription ends, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
3. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you purchase as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in this Policy limits those rights.
Consumers in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may have the right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal request to [email protected] before the applicable period expires and include your account email address and purchase date.
If you expressly request immediate access to the Service during a statutory withdrawal period and then withdraw, we may charge or deduct an amount proportionate to the service already supplied, but only where and to the extent permitted by applicable law. Accessing or using the Service does not automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right unless applicable law permits that result and all required consent and acknowledgement conditions have been satisfied.
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply when you purchase primarily for business, trade, craft, or professional purposes, unless applicable local law provides otherwise.
4. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: An upgrade takes effect immediately. Any price difference and additional plan credits may be prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades: A downgrade takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period. It does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
5. Credit Purchases and Promotional Credits
One-time credit purchases are separate from subscriptions and do not create, renew, upgrade, or extend a subscription. Except where required by law or expressly approved by us, a one-time credit purchase is non-refundable after the credits have been issued.
If a refund is approved, unused credits associated with the refunded payment will be removed from the account. Where some of those credits have already been used, any deduction for the value of services already supplied will be made only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Free, bonus, promotional, or redemption-code credits have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.
6. Billing Errors and Exceptional Refunds
Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly. We may issue a full or partial refund in circumstances including:
- A duplicate charge;
- A verified billing or processing error;
- An unauthorized payment confirmed through our review; or
- A material and prolonged failure of the paid Service caused by TradeGoAI.
Any voluntary refund outside mandatory legal rights is determined based on the circumstances, including the purchase type, elapsed time, account activity, and service usage.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment processor and your financial institution. Taxes are refunded where required by law and as processed by the applicable payment provider.
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact [email protected] so we can investigate the payment. This does not restrict any right you have to dispute a charge with your payment provider.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our services, billing practices, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
